  • Ordering with Vision Sportswear


    What is the minimum order?
    There are no minimum order quantities, you can order as much as available in stock at the point of placing your order.

    For Bespoke kit & merchandise, our minimum order quantity is different for each product. Your Account Manager will be able to assist you and inform you of the minimum order on each item.
    -------
    For “Made To Order” Balls our minimum order quantity is 125 per design, per size.

    What is the turnover time on orders?
    For Bespoke products the turnaround time is typically 6-8 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment. The lead times can fluctuate due to the time of year, postal strikes and seasonal demand which is why we quote a window of 6-8 weeks, often it will be quicker than this.

    Can we see samples of items?
    If you would like to see some samples, let your Account Manager know and they will provide you with a sample packs. The samples WILL NOT be in your exact personalised design, but they will be the same fit, style and fabric as the product you are interested in ordering.

    We are able to show you digital images of your kit/product design before you make any purchases.

    Do you require upfront payment?
    We do require 100% payment up front for all orders. Vision Sportswear will not send your order to the factory and the turnaround time will not begin until we have received cleared funds. Once you have agreed on your designs, your Account Manager will send you an invoice to make payment against.

    What is your returns policy?
    Bespoke products are “Made To Order” and are based on customer confirmation on ALL order details. Bespoke, made to order products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    If Vision Sportwear fail to comply with the order confirmation for bespoke items or a product is faulty, we will of course happily exchange the product within a reasonable timescale for you.

    Notification of an issue or fault with an order must be made to Vision Sportswear within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be in their original, unused condition and the cost of any loss or subsequent damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Team Orders


    How can we get a custom design made?
    If you are looking for something awesome and completely unique to your club then just let your Account Manager know the details, they will take care of you! Our in-house designers will then be able to get started on some design concepts for your consideration. Your creative ideas are welcomed and our design team will help bring your vision to reality.

    What file type shall I send our logos?
    We accept logos in high-resolution jpeg, vector, PDF, illustrator or eps files. If you are struggling to find a high quality version of your logo we offer a redraw service for a small fee. Vision Sportswear products are high quality as is our sublimation resolution so it is important your logo is high resolution too.

    Will our files be kept to make ordering again easier?
    Vision Sportswear keep a copy of your team’s artwork files to make the process super speedy and simple when you come round to ordering again. This ensures any future orders in a repeat design will be exactly the same and match your existing kit already in circulation within the team.

    Can we add our team logo to products?
    Most definitely! On sublimated products such as our Netball Dresses/Football Kits, you can have as many logos or sponsors as you wish FREE OF CHARGE!

    On cut & sew off court products we include 1 x team logo FREE of charge unlike many other brands. If you would like additional logos on leisurewear items these will be charged at £5 (inc VAT) per logo, per product.

    Can we add personal names or initials to the products?
    If you want personalised names or initials this is certainly possibly. Names or initials on sublimated products such as Football Kits will be charged at £3 per item. Name personalisation on leisurewear items is charged at £4.

    Can we make any changes to our order once it has been sent to the factory?
    If you have given us the green light to send your order to the factory and confirmed 100% to your Account Manager (and have made payment) then you are unable to make any changes to your order once it is in production.

    Your Account Manager will give you an opportunity to make any last minute changes before you do give us a final go ahead, but once the order is “CONFIRMED” we are unable to accept any late additions, size or design changes.
